Paragraph 2 of this 50 book is newly established.

A person whose intention is stated to refuse to collect e-mail addresses.E-mail addresses shall not be collected using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses on the Internet homepage.

No person shall sell, sell, or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
③
No person shall use it for information transmission knowing that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling, and distribution under paragraphs (1) and (2).
Amendment of Article 50 (2)
E-mail, telephone, and imitation of commercial information for commercial purposes.In addition, a person who transmits using the medium prescribed by Presidential Decree shall specify the following matters in advertisement information as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

2.
Name and contact number of sender
3.
Source from which e-mail addresses were collected (e-mail only)
4.
Matters concerning measures and methods to facilitate the expression of intention to refuse reception;
Strengthening regulations in the form of transmission → A fine of up to 10 million won
Prohibition of unauthorized collection, sale, distribution, or use of e-mail addresses → a fine not exceeding KRW 10 million
